6. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us before returning any items.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any unresolved legal action arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Florida, and you consent to jurisdiction in those courts.

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For orders placed before changes take effect, the version in effect at the time of your order applies. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
