Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $50 or more (before tax) within the contiguous United States.
Orders under $50 will be charged a flat shipping fee of $6.99.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to most physical addresses within the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states).
We do not ship to:
- Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories
- APO / FPO / DPO military addresses
- P.O. Boxes
- International destinations
If an ineligible address is used, we will contact you to arrange a resolution, which may include order cancellation and a full refund.
Order Processing & Cutoff Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed before 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) on a business day will generally begin processing the same day.
- Orders placed after the cutoff time, on weekends, or on U.S. federal holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods.

Tracking Information
A tracking number will be sent to your registered email address once your order has shipped. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to become available in the carrier system.
Address Changes
Please double-check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Address changes can only be made before the order is processed and shipped. Contact us as soon as possible at service@cariova.com if you need to update your address. We cannot guarantee changes once processing has started.
Address Errors & Failed Deliveries
Please ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, incomplete address, or failed delivery attempts by the carrier:
- Reshipment Option: We will notify you by email. You may request reshipment to a corrected address. A re-shipping fee may apply. Once the corrected address is confirmed and any applicable fee is paid, we will reship the order.
- Refund Option: You may request a full refund of the product price. Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable in cases of customer-provided incorrect addresses.
Packages that remain unclaimed after carrier delivery attempts will be returned to our facility. If no response is received within 15 days of our first notification, the package may be returned to inventory and a refund will be issued minus original and return shipping costs.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, or arrives damaged in transit, please contact us at service@cariova.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item and outer packaging (if applicable). We will verify the issue and offer a free reshipment or full refund (including original shipping fees where applicable).
Delivery Delays
Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to severe weather, natural disasters, carrier service disruptions, peak holiday seasons, or other factors beyond our reasonable control. We will notify you of significant known delays as soon as possible.
