Thank you for shopping with Cariova. This Shipping Policy explains our shipping methods, processing times, delivery estimates, shipping charges, and service areas. Please review the information below before placing your order.

Shipping Destination

We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States.

At this time, we do not ship to:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • Puerto Rico
  • Guam
  • U.S. Virgin Islands
  • American Samoa
  • Northern Mariana Islands
  • Military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)
  • Other U.S. territories

Shipping Fees

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders of $50.00 USD or more.
  • A flat shipping fee of $6.99 USD applies to orders under $50.00 USD.

Shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

The daily order cut-off time is 2:00 PM Eastern Time (ET). Orders placed before the cut-off time are generally processed on the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

After an order has been processed, standard delivery typically takes 5–10 business days for eligible delivery addresses within our shipping area.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to become available after the shipment has been dispatched.

Sales Tax

Applicable state and local sales taxes are automatically calculated based on the shipping address during checkout. Any required taxes will be displayed before payment and collected as part of your order.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Cariova is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your shipment is delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe or your tracking information has not been updated for an extended period, please contact our customer support team. We will work with the shipping carrier to assist in resolving the issue whenever possible.
