Return Eligibility
Most items may be returned within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, items should:
- Be unused and in their original condition.
- Include the original packaging and any accessories, if applicable.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt.
Items that do not meet the return eligibility requirements are not eligible for a refund and will be returned to the customer at the provided shipping address.
Returns Due to Customer Preference
If you wish to return an item because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong product, or no longer need the item, you may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery.
- The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Any original shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
- No restocking fee will be charged.
Returns Due to Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery.
To help us review your request, please include your order number along with clear photos of the item and its packaging.
After reviewing the information provided, if the item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped, we will provide an appropriate solution.
- The customer will not be responsible for the return shipping cost.
- You may choose either a replacement (subject to availability) or a full refund.
- No restocking fee will be charged.
Exchange Policy
Eligible items may be exchanged within 30 calendar days of delivery.
If the exchange is requested because the wrong item was ordered or a different product is preferred, the customer is responsible for any applicable return shipping costs.
If the exchange is requested because the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Cariova will cover the return shipping cost and provide a replacement at no additional charge, subject to product availability.
No restocking fee applies to any exchange.
How to Start a Return
Before returning an item, please contact our customer support team to request a return authorization.
Please provide the following information:
- Your order number
- Your full name
- The email address used to place the order
- The reason for the return or exchange
- Photos of the item, if it is damaged, defective, or incorrect
After your request has been reviewed, we will provide return instructions. Once your return has been authorized, you may send the item to the return address below.

Please include your order number inside the package or clearly write it on the outside of the parcel to help us process your return more efficiently.
Refund Process
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 2 business days after the inspection has been completed.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refunded amount to appear on your account or card statement.
Refund Amount
Approved refunds will include the purchase price of the returned item.
If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped item, any applicable shipping charges paid for the order will also be refunded.
For returns due to customer preference, the original shipping charges paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
